Whole Wheat Apple Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS
*2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
*2 teaspoons cinnamon
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*1/2 teaspoon baking powder
*1/4 teaspoon salt
*1/4 cup applesauce
*1/4 cup corn syrup
*1 1/2 cups sugar
*4 egg whites
*1/4 cup water plus 2 tablespoons water
*1/2 teaspoon vanilla
*3 cups apples, peeled, cored, chopped |

DIRECTIONS
- Mix flour with cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Use another bowl to mix applesauce, corn syrup sugar, egg whites, vanilla and apples together.
- Combine both mixtures. Once properly blended, pour in even measures betweein two sets of 8 x 4-inch bread pans coated with non-stick spray.
- Place it into the oven to bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until done. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes over a wire rack and remove from pan.
