Veggie Bagel Sandwiches Recipe

INGREDIENTS
*4 plain bagels
*4 ounces light cream cheese
*1 tomato, thinly sliced
*1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
*4 thin slices red onion |

DIRECTIONS
- Distribute the cream cheese over the cut portions of the bagels. Place the tomato onto the bottom halves along with cucumber and red onion. Put the top of the bagel to cover and serve.
