Turkey Cranberry Wrap Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 high fiber tortilla (10-inch)
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 ounces leftover turkey (white meat), about 1/2 cup
1 slice light Swiss cheese
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves

DIRECTIONS
- Spread tortilla with cream cheese.
- Sprinkle on carrots and cranberries.
- Top with turkey, cheese and spinach and roll up.
