Spicy Cornbread Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 can no salt added cream style corn
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 cup corn meal
3/4 cup non-fat milk
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup light shredded cheese |

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into an 8" X 8" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
