Spiced apples Recipe

“Have fun with this luscious recipe which tastes like an apple pie and a great as snack or a healthy dessert!” |

INGREDIENTS
2 apples, cored and sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup raisins |
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a microwaveable container and cook on high for about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir well and allow sitting for about 5 minutes.
- Option: Tastes great with a dollop of light whipped cream!
