Follow a regular light exercise routine. This should make you feel relaxed but not tired and weak.
CLOSING
The Cabbage Soup Diet works well because the basic food ingredient is low calorie. It prohibits your calorie intake while making you fill full that reduces hunger bouts. It can make you lose ten pounds or more in seven days but it is deemed dangerous and doctors regard this as unsafe. It is also considered a “crash diet” because what was lost was water and not fat. There is the risk of regaining back the lost weight after the diet because there is no recommended follow up regimen to maintain the program.
If you ever decide to try it, see your doctor first to check if he has no objections to it and that your body is well enough to undergo the diet. Otherwise, there is a variety of weight loss diet programs you can choose from which are also easy to follow and with more pleasant tasting recipes.
