*2 ripe bananas, peeled and halved
*2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
*300ml (10fl oz) nonfat yogurt
*2 tbsp sugar
*400ml (15fl oz) organic soya milk |

DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Process for a minute until smooth.

*4 apricots, fresh, pitted -skin optional
*1 banana, peeled
*3/4 c plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
*10 ice cubes, up to 12 cubes
*1 Tbsp. honey |

*2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt, nonfat
*3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
*1/4 cup apple juice, chilled
*1 cup apple, peeled and diced
*1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
*1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |

DIRECTIONS
- Bring the frozen yogurt, applesauce and apple juice together in a blender. Add the apple, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine until smooth and serve.

Parmesan Zucchini Strips Recipe

INGREDIENTS
*1/2 cup egg substitute
*1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
*1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
*4 small zucchini, quartered lengthwise |

DIRECTIONS
- Set the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Transfer the egg substitute in a shallow dish.
- Use a separate shallow dish to mix the bread crumbs with cheese.
- Dip the zucchini cubes in the egg dish and roll it over the bread crumb mixture afterwards. Set on a non-stick cooking sprayed baking dish and place it into the oven for 25 minutes of baking or until the strips are golden brown and tender.

Turkey Cheese Ball Recipe

INGREDIENTS
*1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped
*1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
*1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
*1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
*1/2 teaspoon tarragon
*1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
*1/4 teaspoon thyme
*8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
*1/4 cup light mayonnaise
*1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
*Dash Tabasco sauce |

DIRECTIONS
- Mix the turkey with the nuts and seasonings. Blend the cream cheese and the rest of the ingredients with the turkey mixture. Use a spatula to spread the mixture well.
- Set over a waxed paper and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once the mixture becomes firm, form into ball and roll in chopped parsley and nut mixture, only if preferred.
- Enjoy with a serving of crackers and apple wedges.
