The instruction is a cup of the miracle juice for every hour along with another cup of water of the same intervals.

Moreover, dieters should take in fibers in the likes of psyllium husks or some ground flaxseeds twice a day, preferably one in the morning and another one at night. When the fast is finished, there is another plan that would require a one-week adherence. Dieters are to consume foods that are known to have a good boosting capability such as raw organic foods and low-fat foods.
