Easy Borscht Recipe

Borscht recipes are easy-to-prepare recipes that can get your taste buds excited. This wonderful meal can do just that. Try this recipe today and practice it to perfection. You surely won’t be able to resist adding it as your own favorite dish.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes
* 2 pounds country style pork ribs, chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 6 cups water, divided
* 2 (15 ounce) cans red beets, drained and chopped, juice reserved
* 2 cups sour cream
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the potatoes on it.
- Get another pot and simmer ribs and onions on it. Add the pork and beets once the ribs are tender already.
- Get a bowl and combine sour cream, water and vinegar. Use this on the soup itself. Season to taste. Enjoy!
