The Best Recipes for Colon Cleansing Diet

- Two tablespoon of lemon juice or 1 piece of lemon

- Two to Three fresh cucumber, remove skin
- One pc. Jalapeno
- One to Two tomatoes cut in cubes
- One teaspoon parsley
- One teaspoon cilantro
- Two cups of organic vegetable broth
- Three roasted garlic cloves
- One quarter lime juice
- One sweet onion roughly chopped
This can be eaten raw or pureed for easy digestion. It can be served hot or cold, whichever way you want is fine.
