Chocolate Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
|
|
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a heavy medium saucepan.
- Stir in milk.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly (do not let burn).
- Cook and stir for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour the pudding into a bowl or dessert dishes.
- Cover the surface with plastic wrap.
- Chill thoroughly.
