INGREDIENTS
2 cups blueberries
2 cups raspberries
2 cups strawberries
2 cups blackberries
1 cup cran-raspberry juice
1 cup low fat blueberry yogurt
2 cups ice

DIRECTIONS
- Place all items into blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.

2 cups fat free milk
1 cup strawberries
2 Tbsp honey
2 cups ice
4 maraschinos cherries for garnish

- Place all ingredients and blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup 100% orange juice
3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup non-fat light vanilla yogurt

DIRECTIONS
- Place banana, orange juice and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in yogurt. Serve right away or chill for later.

2-1/2 cups ice

Apple Carrot Cocktail Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1-1/2 cups apple juice
1 tsp. fresh thyme, snipped
1 tsp. lemon peel, shredded
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Fresh mint (optional)

DIRECTIONS
- Heat 1 cup water to boiling in a small saucepan.
- Add carrots and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.
- Drain, and then set aside to cool.
- Place carrots in a blender then add apple juice, thyme, lemon peel, ice and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth or to desired consistency.
- Serve in glasses garnished with mint.

- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

- Serve immediately.

Spiced Fruit Punch Recipe

INGREDIENTS
6 cups apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/4 cups pineapple juice

DIRECTIONS
- Combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the nutmeg, honey, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
- Remove cinnamon stick and serve.

Spiced Cranberry Tea Recipe

“It’s a refreshing tea that well keeps in the refrigerator.”
|
|
INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries
3 quarts cold water
2 cups orange juice
2 1/8 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups granulated sugar, more or less to individual taste
1 – 3 inch piece of cinnamon stick
1 tsp. whole cloves
1/2 tsp. whole allspice berries

DIRECTIONS
- Place the cranberries and water into a large pot.
- Bring to a boil and cook just until the berries pop for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let stand at room temperature until cold, several hours.
- Strain out the cranberries and stir the orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar into the liquid.
- Add the cinnamon stick, whole cloves and allspice berries; bring to a low boil.
- Option: It is even better if you allow it to sit overnight.
