Day 6 – It should be taken only once in the day. Beef and vegetable can be consumed in an unlimited quantity. There should be no baked potato.
Day 7 – It should be taken only once in the day. Brown rice and vegetable can be taken in unlimited quantities throughout the day. Any amount of unsweetened fruit juice can be consumed.
