Black Bean and Corn Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 cups canned black bean, drained and rinsed
2 cups crisp canned corn, drained
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 small fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
