Asparagus with Blue Cheese Sauce Recipe

This blue cheese sauce recipe is one of the best variations that can be used to prepare asparagus. This asparagus dish can be served either hot or cold. This versatile dish is also a guaranteed recipe to give your family an awesome treat.

INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 pound fresh asparagus spears
* 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
* 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the asparagus using a saucepan.
- Combine the other remaining ingredients in this recipe is another saucepan. Use this mixture to top off on the boiled asparagus.
- Serve on a large platter. Enjoy!
